I’m not sure how low cost chia is (I’m using some I bought a while ago and stored in the freezer) but this certainly tastes good.
1/2 cup unsweetened homemade soy milk
2 Tbsp. chia
10 drops vanilla stevia
Combine the ingredients and let sit for several minutes (I forgot about it for half an hour) or until it thickens. Stir and eat.
