I found 4 cups of salted, skin-on peanuts in my freezer and used them to make peanut butter. After making almond butter, making peanut butter seemed really quick – the peanut butter was very smooth after less than 10 minutes of blending on low. (Almond butter took 25+ minutes.) I added maybe a tablespoon of neutral oil to help with the blending, but otherwise just ran my food processor until it looked like peanut butter. It tastes pretty great, too.
