Chia brownies

I made this recipe with these changes: xylitol instead of swerve, 4.3 oz 70% cacao chocolate chips instead of the unsweetened chocolate and 1/4 cup of the sweetener, and omitted the dark chocolate chunks. I should have left in the dark chocolate chunks, but the other changes worked OK. (I still have at least a couple pounds of chocolate chips to finish before I start buying unsweetend chocolate again.) I probably won’t make these again – I’m almost out of chia and it’s $11/lb – but they’re pretty good. (I topped them with some sweetened peanut butter, which I buy for eating out of the spoon since it has only a bit more carbohydrate than unsweetened, as an impromptu frosting.)
